About Jade Oliveira

I am a Production Engineer graduated from UESC, with a career marked by a combination of international, academic, and hands-on experiences across various market segments. I had the opportunity to improve my English and develop intercultural skills by participating in the Work Experience USA program, working at Wilderness Resort in Wisconsin Dells/WI, which allowed me to interact with people from diverse cultures and hierarchical levels. Currently, I work in the Commercial area of a leading payment processing company, where I contribute to sales strategies and business management. Additionally, I am the CEO and Founder of an online store, where I apply my entrepreneurial skills to build and expand a successful business. My experience also includes working in the Technology sector, focusing on industrial processes, where I collaborated directly with industrial engineering teams. With a strong entrepreneurial spirit, I am also a social entrepreneur, focusing on initiatives that aim to generate a positive impact in the community and foster the development of social projects. My professional experience includes an internship in PCM Maintenance at a multinational food company, where I worked for 1 year and 4 months, as well as a 1.5-year internship in Product Engineering. During this period, I was responsible for developing documents for new products, manuals, quick guides, datasheets, applying continuous improvement tools, equipment control (such as calibration and testing), and creating documents required by ISO 9001 and standards. Throughout my career, I have learned that leadership is a continuous process of evolution. I understand that being an example and inspiring trust are the pillars of effective leadership. I believe in a collaborative approach, where team growth directly reflects the collective success of the company. My experience with consultative sales in the financial sector provided me with a solid foundation to understand the importance of a personalized approach, while my work at Natura allowed me to apply these skills in a context closer to the community and well-being, adding an even greater purpose to my work. With a solid technical background and a strategic business vision, I am driven by the constant pursuit of results and the creation of an environment where everyone can learn, grow, and reach their full potential. Additionally, I am a lifelong learner, always seeking new ways to develop both personally and professionally.
