About Jade Quick

I have worked in the customer service industry for over five years. My very first job experience included house and condo cleaning through a family business. I have experience working both front of house and back of house at three different restaurants. For my first restaurant job I started as a hostess and busser at JJ Twigs Pizza and BBQ. After a year I moved on to a seafood restaurant, LO's Crab Shack, where they specialized in a more classy and higher end dining experience. After they closed permanently I worked in a very popular BBQ restaurant, Wobbly Boots, where I learned how to manage the greeting and seating of over a thousand people a night. Once I became old enough to serve I started working at JJ Twigs again and was trained to wait on tables. Over the years of restaurant experience I have learned how to do a lengthy number of front of house duties and back of house duties. Front of house duties included making sure restaurant was ready to open at a certain time, ensuring everything was completed and cleaned for closing time, cleaning bathrooms, keeping up with restocking and breaking down salad bar and buffet, greeting customers and seating them according to sections and rotation, and lastly ensuring customer satisfaction and great dining experience. Back of house duties included doing dishes, cleaning floors, organizing expo line, food prep, and occasionally making food. I am always open to try new jobs that require different skills. I enjoy being adaptable and learning better ways to do my job or even skills to do something new. Customer service is my passion and I will do everything I can to be sure customers leave happy.
