About: I have more than 6 years of experience in various areas of the real estate market (projects, construction execution, real estate development, etc) and data analysis, in which I apply my analytical skills and macro vision on a daily basis. To achieve this, I graduated in Civil Engineering and Project Management in renowned universities, such as Universidade Tecnológica Federal do Paraná - elected one of the best universities in Latin America by "The World University Rankings 2022". My experiences have given me exceptional, complementary and multidisciplinar soft and hard skills, such as leadership, large project management, quality, process excellence, data-driven decision making, risk analysis, teamwork, macro understanding of real estate market (projects, construction execution, economic feasibility, etc), communication, etc. Regardless of the industry I am currently working in, I believe in the power and innovation that the assertive use of technology can provide, and I am highly capable of learning and applying it as required. In addition, I also have a strong background in data analysis, construction KPI's, launch strategies and strategic planning of large projects.
