About Jade Roberts

I am currently an apprentice studying towards a Level 3 Infrastructure technician qualification at the James Paget Hospital in Gorelston. The apprenticeship was meant to conclude in August but due to COVID-19 has been pushed back to december. I have so far completed 3/5 courses and will be lating the last 2 soon. I have also had to complete projects while working full time on the Service desk and within Desktop. I was also lucky enough to do 6 weeks experience in the Development team where i started creating an application that will later be finished by the team for our nurses and doctors to use in the future. During my time at the hospital, I have also been awarded the apprentice of the year 2019-2020, which was an honour. I have always tried my best to help our users out as much as possible, so it is very encouraging to know that doesn't go unnoticed. I have enjoyed the apprenticeship so far and am looking forward to finishing it in Decemeber. In the future i hope to further my knowledge and will be aiming to have a level 4 degree within IT.
