About Jade Say

I’m the Product Manager at Capsule CRM & Transpond, working across CRM and marketing products used by small and growing businesses.I lead features from early discovery through to beta, launch, and continual development, using customer research, usage data, and commercial context to guide decisions. My work spans areas including Microsoft and Google integrations, reporting and dashboards, goals and activity tracking, onboarding, and AI-powered features.I’ve owned multiple beta programmes, shaping rollout plans, customer communications, success metrics, and compliance considerations. Working closely with engineering, design, customer success, support, sales, and marketing to balance customer value, technical constraints, and business outcomes. Before moving into product, I spent several years in customer support, and then into the hybrid role of Product Specialist. That background strongly influences how I work: staying close to real user problems, validating assumptions early, and measuring success beyond “feature shipped.”I’m particularly interested in- Customer-led product discovery- Improving workflows for small businesses- AI in B2B SaaS (responsible, practical use)- Adoption, activation, and product impact measurement
