Currently: Senior client engagement and delivery professional with 12 years experience, managing high-touch client relationships across technology, business ownership, hospitality, and aviation.My formative years as a flight attendant with Singapore Airlines shaped a deep understanding of human behaviour, emotional intelligence, and service recovery under pressure. These foundations continue to inform how I build rapport, navigate complex stakeholder dynamics, and communicate clearly in high-stakes environments.Over the past five years, I have also co-founded and led a hospitality business, driving strategic growth and operational excellence end-to-end.
