About Jade Thomas

With over ten years of experience studying and working in the field of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, I am passionate about creating and fostering inclusive cultures in organizations, where diversity is celebrated and employees feel a sense of belonging and the ability to bring their full selves to work. I hold a MSc degree in Sociology, with a specialist track in Gender, Sexuality and Society, and a BA Hons degree in Education Studies, with research focused on Neurodiversity. These studies have equipped me with the theoretical and practical knowledge to understand and address the social and cultural dimensions of human behavior and interaction. I also have a Public Speaking certificate and a Playmaker Award for my contributions to the DEI agenda at Booking.com, where I’ve previously led and transformed the employee volunteer and giving program for people globally, and am currently supporting Employee Resource Groups through the delivery of an evolved governance and operational model. My mission is to leverage my sociology expertise and my DEI competencies to drive positive change and impact in workplaces and in society.
