I have practical experience in software development, demonstrated through my projects like BioGenius, an application simplifying DNA sequence predictions, which won the Gold Medal at the Nonaworks 23 - Software x Biology Hackathon. At Boston University, I am working on a project involving deep learning-based cell segmentation and novel self-supervised frameworks for voltage imaging denoising, streamlining the cell identification process for biologists.
