It is important to me to get to know how our clients operate and what matters to them, so that we can offer solutions that truly meet their needs. I stay closely involved with our charity clients to ensure they feel supported every step of the way, while my expert team handles the technical side of their insurance cover. I also work hard to maintain strong relationships with insurers to secure the best outcomes but also with our partners and friends who are also supporting the charitable sector. At Norris & Fisher, we work with Village Halls, Good Neighbour Groups, Food Banks, Short Mat Bowls Clubs, and all other charities, not-for-profit entities and community groups. These organisations are the heart of their communities, and we’re proud to support them. Clients often tell us they appreciate our personal touch, reliability, and efficiency. Our reputation is built on word of mouth, long term relationships, and consistently going the extra mile. With over 14 years experience in broking both commercial and personal lines, including the not-for-profit sector, I became a director of Norris & Fisher in 2022 where I am now responsible for the day to day running of the company.
