As the West Texas Operations Manager at Marco Inspection Services, LLC, I oversee the daily operations and quality control of the nondestructive testing (NDT) services in the region. I take pride in being a Level II NDT technician, certified in RT, MT, PT, and UT methods, and skilled in AutoCAD. I also have a background in customer relations management, having served in that role for 1.5 years at the same company. In my previous roles, I have successfully performed and supervised NDT inspections for various projects and clients, including pipeline/facility construction, pipe maintenance, and gas/chemical plants. I have also developed and maintained strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty, and resolving any issues or questions. I am passionate about delivering high-quality and reliable inspection services, and I enjoy working with a diverse and talented team of technicians and managers. I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies, and to contribute to the continuous improvement and growth of the company.
