About Jaden Schmidt

Strong operations professional with a Bachelor of Science focused in Business Administration: Management and Marketing as well as a minor in Sport Management from Bethel College. Ideal work scenario involves Innovation/Improvement, team-like atmosphere, and/or athletics. I am passionate about process efficiency, focusing on and enjoying my work, and being the best I can be in any role I am in. I enjoy traveling and would be willing to travel for work, though prefer to avoid excessive work-related travel. I am also willing to relocate anywhere that is needed of me. My ultimate career goal is to find something I love to do, and do it as long as I can. After completing undergrad at Bethel, I moved to Kansas City to begin my career at Cerner, a Healthcare IT company and my current employer. In college I was a very determined scholar athlete, playing Golf but always finding time for schoolwork as well as a little fun. I look forward to expanding my professional network, growing my professional skills, and being an important part of a company in need. I value efficiency, quality, work ethic, and follow through on my commitments.
