About Jadezel Ansoc

As an Administrative Services Assistant in the Legal Department, my job is to receive and transmit incoming and outgoing documents and log it in to our organized filing system on database for easy reference, I am also responsible for consolidating and preparing Weekly accomplishment report and matrix of pending cases. Also, I am responsible for keeping track/calendar of daily activities of our lawyers like organizing files, monitoring calendars; meeting deadlines; documenting actions; inputting information into file database and confirming case status with lawyers. Lastly, I am assigned to perform other related function as may be assigned by my immediate superior.As a Process Specialist, we communicate directly with our New Zealander client every morning for a quick meeting to talk about the agenda for that day, on how many shipments should be entered in Cargowise. We are also tasked to do email sorting on what should be done first. Our company is a BPO company for AU and NZ clients. During this period, our company implemented a fully remote set-up since we are still in the midst of pandemic.
