About Jadine Chase

In January of 1997, I started off as an entry level Pharmacy Technician. At the time, I learned and added to my skills and knowledge through on-the-job training. Eventually this included meetings (for Lead Technicians), and on-the-job training transitioned to include modules completed online. While it is important to be knowledgeable about policies and procedures and why they are necessary, I'm a hands-on learner. As a person, and as an employee, I have high standards. My various Supervisors over the years have had high expectations of me based on my experience and capabilities. The need for multitasking has become more necessary but also challenging, which is why prioritizing tasks is important. During my initial 24+ years with CVS, I became a Lead Technician and Inventory Specialist in one. I've seen many, many changes since 1997 as the health care industry has evolved and grown. I've been able to adapt and become a well-rounded technician in the pharmacy setting. I will add that coworkers have had a profound impact on me, showing me who I do and don't want to be as someone to work with.
