With over 25 years of experience in architectural design and project management across Alaska, Jae is a leader known for driving innovation and efficiency in the field. He excels in mentoring teams and implementing processes that enhance both design quality and sustainability. Jae’s expertise in integrating architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and site elements has led to significant advancements in hybrid ventilation systems, passive solar strategies, and exterior envelope assemblies.As the CIO of KPB Architects, Jae combines his architectural knowledge with a keen understanding of technology’s role in boosting productivity and shaping company culture. He is adept at leveraging construction and design technologies to ensure seamless project execution and achieve client goals. Outside of work, Jae enjoys fly fishing and spending time with his three children.
