As a Scheduling Coordinator at Orlando Health Imaging Centers, I contribute to the smooth and efficient operation of OHIC by coordinating appointments, verifying insurance, and providing excellent customer service. I apply my writing skill to create clear and accurate reports, letters, and emails for internal and external communication. I am also pursuing a Masters of Health Administration at University of Central Florida, where I am learning the principles and practices of health care management, policy, and leadership. I have been awarded multiple scholarships and honors based on my academic performance and extracurricular involvement. My goal is to leverage my experience and knowledge to advance in the health-related services and management field.
