About Jaeger Bedson

A tertiary qualified Information Technologist, specialising in Networking with a background System Administration, Technical Support and Customer Service. I am an easy going, supportive and hard-working member of any team as demonstrated through my 15+ year involvement with Rotary International. I am trustworthy, responsible and a great all-rounder to any team. I have worked with InTouch Office Technology for 5 years and have a great rapport with my co-workers, management and customers alike. As a valuable member of the InTouch team I have to be a one stop provider and take care of all facets of the business. Working in a large rural community with InTouch and servicing Southern NSW and North East Victoria I get to see a variety of different challenges. My current workday involves home support, where I have a cool-headed approach and have the ability to explain all technical details to my customers. I also manage many larger businesses and their technical needs including managing servers, help desk support and help solve issues that may occur. My phone manner is excellent and I pride myself on being a good listener, I can identify needs and help people with their IT problems/issues. A good portion of my role is to deal with non-tech savvy customers who need a lot of help. I am known for my calm approach, my pertinence and have the ability to explain more complex details in laymen terms. My work ethic is second to none and as I mentioned earlier, I have developed a good rapport with my co-workers and customers alike. I speak three languages, English and Portuguese and feel my aptitude for languages and technical skill would be an great asset to any company. I am somebody who has always worked in a fast paced and constantly changing environment, compelling me to become flexible, adaptable and giving me the confidence to handle all challenges that come my way.
