About Jaelin Shown

After eight years in the Marines, I transitioned from recruiting future Marines in New York and Vermont to helping companies build high-performing teams across various industries. Along the way, I was honored to receive multiple awards, including 2X Navy Commendation Medals, 3X Navy Achievement Medals, and being named Recruiter of the Year in 2022, but the real reward has always been connecting people with opportunities that change their lives. Now, as a Recruiter at Nxt Level, I partner with companies to find and place top talent, helping them scale and succeed. I believe that great companies don’t just grow because of ideas, they grow because of the people who bring those ideas to life. That’s why my team and I focus on "culture add" rather than just "culture fit," knowing that diversity fuels innovation. With a people-first mindset and a cutting-edge recruitment approach, we’re here to take your team to the NXT LEVEL. Let’s build something great together! We specialize in recruiting for: Legal | Accounting | Computer Network | Computer Security | Software Engineering | e-Commerce | Retail | Sales | Healthcare | Logistics | Gaming | Supply Chain | Civil Engineering | Aerospace | Human Resources If you’re ready to bring your team to the NXT LEVEL with the best talent out there, let’s connect!
