About Jaesha Baul

Empowering Futures, One Student at a Time! Hi there! I’m Jae’sha Baul, a passionate and solution-focused K-8 School Counselor dedicated to helping students navigate the ups and downs of life while fostering personal growth and development. With a strong academic foundation—a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Indiana University and an MS.Ed in School Counseling specializing in licensed mental health counseling from IUPUI—I thrive on creating inclusive, supportive environments where every student feels seen, heard, and valued. Currently serving at The PATH School in Indianapolis, I collaborate with community organizations, manage 504 Plans, train staff, and develop tailored SEL curricula. Whether it’s conducting individual or group counseling sessions, facilitating Title IX compliance, or designing crisis management strategies, I’m all about turning challenges into opportunities for growth. My work at Matchbook Learning and beyond has sharpened my skills in relationship building, teamwork, and youth engagement. I’m proud to have led initiatives that not only support students but also empower families and staff in our shared mission to create thriving educational communities. When I’m not championing student success, you’ll likely find me planning events, exploring innovative SEL strategies, or brainstorming creative ways to bring joy and purpose to those around me. Let’s connect and spark meaningful change together!
