About Jafar Alrashdan

At Lemma AM, we specialize in next-generation additive manufacturing simulations, delivering high-fidelity, GPU-accelerated solutions directly through your browser. Our aim is to revolutionize the additive manufacturing industry by providing advanced simulation tools that reduce costly trial-and-error, prevent failed builds, and simplify complex software processes. With our intuitive build job preparation tool, you can position and orient parts on the baseplate, control the hatching process, and ensure optimal laser path planning. Our browser-based access eliminates the need for complex installations and expensive hardware, offering seamless accessibility from anywhere. We serve various industries, including aerospace, automotive, healthcare, consumer products, and industrial manufacturing. Our vision is to advance the additive manufacturing landscape with real-time simulation capabilities, enabling online prediction, control, and adjustment of manufacturing processes. Our mission is to empower engineers, designers, and manufacturers with state-of-the-art simulation tools that enhance productivity, reduce costs, and enable the creation of high-quality parts. By delivering precise, advanced simulation capabilities, we support innovation and optimization based on physics-based insights rather than traditional rules-of-thumb.
