Performing Installations, on site demonstrations, corrective and preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, providing technical advisory and support for medical Devices and Equipment for related product range. • Support product registration, licensing, updating and monitoring with the National Medical Regulatory Authority. • Liaise with principal Brands for managing all the technical matters, related to the allocated product range. • Carryout strategic competitor & market analysis to expand the market share. • Focus on product development, explore emerging technologies acquire new technologies, supervise and support technology transfer process. • Carrying out sufficient and effective pre and post sales workshops, product demonstrations and product development activities for the users for effective product use and for brand positioning and brand building. • Conducting training sessions on products for Internal Staff to enhance and improve technical knowledge for benefit of company. • Technical advisory for competitive bidding and tender process of medical equipment procurement of government and private hospitals in Sri Lanka. • Inventory management, pre-costing analysis for import, placing orders to the international suppliers, shipment monitoring and follow-up of the allocated product range. • Preparing Quotations, Documentation, install base monitoring and Customer complain handling, • Supplier contract review and preparation of marketing and sales plans for distributor contract renewal.
