In my most recent role at Taazaa, I was responsible for developing test cases, test data, defect management, and sprint planning. I used tools such as Jira, Bugzilla, Mantis, and Jtrac for filing and tracking defects, and MS SQL Server, MySQL Workbench, for database testing. I also provided functional support to customers and handled a team of testers.
