As a Quality Analyst 2 at Best Buy, I apply my Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science and my nine years of software testing experience to ensure the quality of the e-commerce products and services. I use both manual and automated testing techniques to verify the functionality, usability, security, and performance of the products, and I collaborate with software engineers and analysts to develop and execute test plans, cases, and scripts. I have expertise in automated software testing using CodeceptJS and Playwright, which enable me to create reliable and efficient test suites for various browsers and devices. I also have proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, API testing, web services testing, server setup, build creation and deployment, and PLSQL. I have worked across domains such as banking, payments, financial services, insurance, and unionized systems, using both waterfall and agile methodologies.
