Jahn is a results-oriented hospitality and transportation professional who is competent and can adapt to make any situation work. Whether it is a single individual or a group of thousands, experience is the key. With over 12 years of professional experience in Las Vegas, he embraces the madness and is rewarded by the “Perfect Execution” of group transportation. Anyone who has participated in hired transportation knows that transportation is never perfect, but that is why he is there, he excels in the planning and anticipation of the unexpected to ensure you and your clients never see the chaos. Jahn comes with the experience of a previous medical field career as a Registered Nurse in both the operating room and critical care for over 20 years. There he learned extremely valuable insight into the requirements of good communication, critical thinking, and time management. Executing under very high stress is nothing new for him. He started his transportation and hospitality career as a chauffeur for several Las Vegas transportation companies where he honed his customer service skills and learned the needs and expectations of individual clients and executives of many high-profile companies. Because of his mastering of these skills, he then transitioned to the management of both black car and motor coach-coach services. After a few years of being in management roles, Jahn found himself missing the “personal touch” of the industry. He knew there was something missing with the individual experience of clients and knew he could help fill the void of the sterile feel of group transportation. Jahn’s personal motto is “Everyone deserves to be a VIP!” Oh, and he is a Certified Covid-19 Compliance Officer.
