About Jahnavi Shivakumar

Currently building my skills (and loving every second) as a Sales and Accounts Development Representative at Minerva Partners — a team of sharp, values-driven people transforming how finance and data leaders deliver value. I’m passionate about the intersection of messaging, systems thinking, and meaningful human connection — and seeing organisational change take shape. There are monumental hurdles to making B2B change happen, and I’ve learned so much from working alongside consultants who guide our customers through that process with clarity and conviction. Being in the room for those conversations — listening closely, asking the right questions, and connecting the dots — is something I find genuinely energising. Every day is an opportunity to learn, contribute, and grow into someone who creates lasting impact.
