Experience of over 6 years in full project life cycle development of real time applications. Designed and implemented Data Marts in SQL Server, Reporting Architecture using SSRS for static and dynamic reporting, Forecasting and other tools as well as Interfaces to internal and external sources for Sydney based TVSN Channel PVT LTD. Designed and implemented Data Warehouse and Reporting Architecture for Sydney Transport (Taxi) industry based on disparate data sources. • Built a Reporting platform to- o Report on Monthly and Weekly KPI’s to the Ministry of Transport, NSW. o Identify and improve on performance bottlenecks in automated dispatching of jobs (including Wheelchair Accessible jobs) to the taxis and thereby improving overall efficiency in the Transport industry. o Help identify and improve on performance bottlenecks in the Call Centre in dispatching the jobs effectively during the peak and non-peak hours o Generate ad-hoc reports as required by Courts, Police Departments, local councils and other external organizations o Generate Reports to help the day-to-day operation of the business • Designed, developed and implemented Data Archiving and Data Migration processes to extract, transform and load(ETL) into different data marts for Transport industry • Designed, developed and implemented fail over processes/databases for Transport Industry • Designed and implemented Data Migration and Reconciliation processes for Vodafone Migration project • In-depth knowledge in writing SQL code in SQL Server and Oracle, as well as in SSRS(Sql Server Reporting Services) and SSIS.
