As a creative, strategic, and inclusive leader I build relationships with clients, colleagues, and staff that foster a strong culture of service, compassion, and mutual accountability. My enthusiasm for building organizational structures that ensure success is rooted in the belief that all children are whole and can succeed with the meaningful engagement of their families, schools, and the greater community working together. My motivation for service comes through improving outcomes of various constituencies by creating strong organizational systems that value diversity of thought, effective use of data, and calls upon each other’s experiences. I am driven to create and lead solution-oriented teams that work towards a common goal of creating and sustaining outstanding early learning communities.
