Combining over 15 years of comprehensive entrepreneurship with a deep proficiency in digital platforms, I've developed a keen understanding of striking a balance between innovation and strategic planning. My bicultural and bilingual background has enriched my perspective, inspiring bold risks and leaps of faith. It's nurtured a profound trust in my instincts, and this trust has been a key player in my journey - building businesses, raising venture capital, and leading teams to their pinnacle of success." My journey began at Maker Studios where I co-founded Tutele, one of YouTube’s first bilingual networks. This project not only secured funding from YouTube’s original channel initiative in 2011 but also set the stage for my next role as Sr. Director of Central Video Production. In this capacity, I helped to streamline workflow and improve efficiency across several departments, thereby contributing to the overall growth of Maker Studios. From there, I co-founded All Day Media, a forward-thinking multi-platform media company. Our team successfully raised $2.5M in venture capital and fostered a dynamic, highly-engaged community of 35M+ history and travel enthusiasts (@earthpix and @HistoryinPics). We also launched a website that attracted 45M unique monthly visitors, offering millennials a space to engage and learn. My entrepreneurial spirit paved the way for 'Latinopreneurs,' an initiative aimed at motivating Latino entrepreneurs. My mission was to inspire, educate, and empower them to launch their businesses, achieve financial independence, and secure a prosperous future. This venture remains close to my heart. Now, as the COO and Co-owner of Ref Experts and HVAC LLC, I'm focusing on infusing innovation and fostering partnership within the commercial refrigeration business, all while upholding the highest standards of integrity. I believe in embracing challenges as opportunities for growth and continually strive to push boundaries in my professional endeavors.
