At Cliffcraft, my focus on developing project management strategies for the entire project lifecycle has been instrumental. Utilizing Business Intelligence tools, our team has optimized the sales pipeline, enabling effective forecasting and workforce management. My previous role as Assistant Manager at Advantmed laid the foundation for this, where I led a 15-member team to successfully execute projects, enhancing our client project execution capabilities and establishing robust project tracking systems.
