I’m a strategic leader with over 8 years of experience leading organizational transformation and growth by connecting strategy, operations, and financial performance. My passion lies in bringing together data, people, and processes to align business priorities with meaningful results; whether that’s improving operational efficiency, scaling technology initiatives, or guiding executive decision-making. In my current role as Senior Manager, Strategy & Performance Management at RBC Technology & Operations, I lead initiatives that give senior executives the data-driven insights they need to run the business effectively. This includes Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), OKR and KPI frameworks, and benchmarking efforts that track progress and uncover opportunities for improvement across a complex organization. Previously, as Senior Manager, Business Management & Enablement, I managed a $55MM+ technology portfolio and drove $2.5MM+ in cost optimization, while building governance frameworks to strengthen risk management and create alignment across teams and functions. I hold an MBA in Strategy & Innovation from Queen’s University and an MS in Quantitative Management from NYU Stern, which allow me to combine strategic thinking with deep analytical skills to solve complex challenges.
