A Personal Effectiveness and Community Coach/Educator/ Social Worker/Life Skills/Soft Skills facilitator with 17 years in the academic corporate & community coaching space my experience spans working with Professionals and students from varied fields and diverse background NGOs and Educational Institutions. I work as Personal and Community Coach at The Lumery part of Accenture Song Australia. I am adjunct faculty at Dept. of Professional Studies Christ University Institute of Chartered Accountants of India ( Bangalore Chapter) and facilitate sessions on Business Communication and Professional skills CSR Etiquette&Grooming Personal Effectiveness Mgt. Im also a visiting faculty at IFHE (IBS/ICFAI) WELINGKAR B-school SJIM ISME & GLA University. I have facilitated SoftSkills training at ISRO HP & Infosys Campus Connect. I deliver bespoke programmes on Parenting Life Skills/Soft Skills in various forums. Currently pursuing my certification from ICF (International Coaching Federation). Enthuse and Ignite – this is what I do. A motivational speaker I also delivered Life Skills sessions for the lesser privileged children at Bangalore Community College and am a facilitator with the Talentease Light Lives programme where I work with children under the Catholic Club Orphans Trust. I started my professional journey as Liaison Officer Orissa Development Action Forum ODAF. I moved onto NTGCF now Foundation for Ecological Security as Project Executive Team Chintamani. A short stint with CDL Bangalore as Programme Officer I took a career break and chose to be a stay at home mother to raise my two sons. I have created Life Skills Modules for American India Foundation (AIF) and PeoplePro International and trained over 3000 teachers pan India with special focus on Understanding the ‘Child’ in Children enhancing teacher effectiveness and emphasising the significance of ‘Individual Student Connect and Appreciation’.
