As Partner and Head of Operations at Edward Drummond & Co, I am responsible for leading the business' Operations function and ensuring the effective delivery of services across a global client base. Edward Drummond & Co is a specialist research and management consultancy, supporting major law firms — including large regional, international, Magic Circle, and ‘Transatlantic Elite’ firms — as well as professional services organisations, private equity houses, and strategic corporates through their growth and development initiatives. I oversee all operational activities across multiple functions, driving process efficiency, resource management and continuous, sustainable improvement, to support the business' strategic objectives. By aligning operational infrastructure with business goals, I ensure that our teams are equipped to deliver market-leading research and advisory services that enable clients to make informed, strategic decisions.
