I have a proven track record of optimizing production processes, reducing waste, and improving overall efficiency My expertise includes developing production plans and schedules to meet customer demands, conducting capacity planning, implementing production control measures, and analyzing production data to identify areas for improvement. I have a hands-on approach to problem-solving, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions to prevent production delays and quality issues. As a Global Student Ambassador at the University of Dayton, I have honed my interpersonal skills and cross-cultural communication abilities. I have successfully represented the university and provided guidance and support to international students, while promoting diversity and inclusion on campus. I hold a Master of Mechanical Engineering from the University of Dayton and a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pune. I am fluent in English, Hindi, Bengali, and Marathi.
