Hi there! I’m Jaiden, and I’ve had the pleasure of being part of the TELUS family for over 20 years. My career here has been driven by a deep passion for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Reconciliation, and Accessibility (DEIRA). Helping people find their perfect jobs and ensuring everyone feels valued and included is what gets me up in the morning! As a DEIRA-focused Human Resource professional, I pride myself on building strong, mutually beneficial partnerships and leveraging business acumen to drive success. I believe that when we recognize and celebrate the unique perspectives, experiences, and backgrounds of each team member, we unleash a wave of creativity, innovation, and collaboration that propels us forward. At TELUS, I’m a member of our People & Culture team, where I deliver training designed to raise awareness about unconscious bias, promote cultural competence, and provide our team with the tools to be effective allies and advocates for inclusion. I also actively engage with employee resource groups and affinity networks to foster connections, provide safe spaces for underrepresented groups, and ensure diverse voices are heard and amplified within our organization. By championing DEI in our HR practices, I help maintain a vibrant and dynamic workplace that attracts and retains top talent from all backgrounds.
