About Jaila Benedicto

Hi, I’m Jaila, pronounced Jai-luh (like “island”). I get asked that a lot, so I thought I’d save you the guesswork! I’m an Executive Assistant who thrives on creating clarity in the chaos. I bring structure, foresight, and calm to fast-paced environments, allowing leaders to focus on the work only they can do. Over the years, I’ve supported executives across industries, from creative and academic to corporate, refining my ability to anticipate needs, safeguard time, and keep all the moving parts running smoothly. I believe the best EAs aren’t just task managers; they’re trusted partners who bring both operational excellence and emotional intelligence to the table. When there’s mutual trust, an EA doesn’t just support the business; they elevate it. That’s the kind of partnership I’m here to create.
