Financial controlling from wide scoping to see the organization as a whole and, clicking zoom deep to the bone for details that bring accurate results of every axis in administration and financial areas: Treasury, Accountings, Finance, HR, Taxes, Budget. Some main satisfactory achievements: Developing processes and teams from a very small company to its 6x operating size. Extending the runway for up to 3 months when living on the edge of cash availability, while waiting to receive new capital investments.
