As a dedicated program management professional, I bring over a decade of experience supporting impactful initiatives across Eastern Europe, Eurasia, and the Western Balkans. My past work has focused primarily on media and civil society development, promoting access to trustworthy information, combatting gender-based violence and human trafficking, and enhancing the digital security of activists and NGOs. In my most recent role supporting Internews’ programs in Europe and Eurasia, I contributed to the design, development, and implementation of over 20 high-impact projects and helped to secure more than $38 million in funding through strategic proposal development and stakeholder engagement. My efforts have contributed to building stronger, more resilient media landscapes and empowering local communities across the countries of Eastern Europe, the Western Balkans and Central Asia with reliable information. With advanced working proficiency in Russian and Bosnian/Croatian/Serbian, I thrive in multicultural settings and bring a deep understanding of the geopolitical dynamics in Eastern Europe, the Western Balkans, and Eurasia. I specialize in managing complex international projects, ensuring compliance with donor requirements, and fostering collaborative environments for cross-cultural teams. My expertise in reporting and monitoring and evaluation strategies enables me to drive impactful results and ensure clear communication across various stakeholders.
