About Jaime Dillon

As a labor and delivery nurse, I’ve seen firsthand how important it is for people to fully understand their options before making any major decisions. Whether in the delivery room or helping someone navigate a big life choice, I’ve always prioritized clear, honest communication. After years of experience working in high-stress environments, I’ve learned how to stay calm under pressure and offer the straightforward, compassionate guidance people need. My passion for helping others doesn’t stop at the hospital. As a longtime resident of Marin, with kids in local schools, I’ve developed a deep connection to this area. It was a natural next step for me to dive into real estate, where I can continue making a difference in people's lives by helping them make informed decisions about one of their most important investments. In my real estate work, I bring the same patience, empathy, and commitment to listening, that I’ve relied on in my nursing career. I understand how overwhelming the buying or selling process can be, which is why I focus on making the experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. My goal is always to give you the clarity you need to feel confident in your decisions. If you can trust me with your health, you can trust me with your home!
