I am well-versed in all aspects of print management. My main goals are to ensure quality control on print projects, identify production needs and find alternate solutions. I am always seeking opportunities to further develop and improve client relationships in production scenarios. I also enjoy working with the creative team to recommend innovative ideas related to production. Additionally, I mentor less-experienced associates, train and guide them through the proper channels, and encourage new co-workers to comply with and help enforce standard operating procedures. I am fluent in both English and Spanish. ACCOMPLISHMENTS: I received the highest employee review for achieving goals that exceeded my responsibilities. I increased agency revenue by negotiating project prices for sister agencies and production services. I also negotiated image pricing for clients across various brands, saving the client I verified that printed files were prepared correctly before releasing the print-ready files to vendors, saving the company a significant amount of money in unnecessary charges from outside vendors.
