My background in law enforcement and security has equipped me with the skills to build and operationalize robust insider threat programs, ensuring that organizations are well-protected from internal and external risks. My expertise spans identifying potential risks, conducting thorough investigations, analyzing and mitigating those risks, and implementing comprehensive policies and procedures to ensure optimal organizational security. Following a successful career in criminal and counterintelligence investigations, I transitioned into cybersecurity and information assurance to broaden my knowledge and enhance my ability to safeguard organizations. My continued passion for keeping people safe and protecting businesses is something my kids charmingly describe as how daddy “catches bad guys now." I bring extensive and well-rounded experience in identifying solutions to business goals and achieving outstanding results. I have a National and Department-level award-winning history of developing people and programs that execute highly effective insider threat policies, providing timely, accurate, and actionable information to decision-makers.
