About Jaime K Leon

Strategic and performance-focused Director of Operations with a strong foundation in commercial cleaning and facilities management, specializing in operational scalability, labor optimization, and client retention across diverse sectors — from commercial buildings to educational institutions. Over the years, I’ve progressed from frontline leadership into a senior operations role by delivering measurable results, building high-impact teams, and maintaining compliance in unionized environments (notably 32BJ). I thrive in fast-paced, high-accountability settings where I can align people, processes, and performance to achieve aggressive service and financial targets. My core strengths include contract oversight, union negotiation, cross-functional leadership, and operational turnaround. I lead with data, clarity, and accountability — ensuring teams are not just managed, but developed. I’ve also partnered closely with HR, finance, and executive leadership to scale systems, improve margins, and build operational frameworks that support long-term growth. As I continue advancing, I’m focused on expanding my impact at the executive level — driving strategic initiatives, guiding change management, and leading organizations through complexity with confidence and precision.
