About Jaime Landers

I am a self-motivated individual that is always striving to improve myself through exceptional self-awareness and a desire to always be learning and bettering myself. I believe in turning weaknesses into strengths and focusing on positive outcomes in every situation, while also building on my own strengths. I am a natural leader but can be a great asset to any team in any capacity and love helping others achieve their goals. Loyalty and kindness are some of my strongest features, which can be my biggest weaknesses as well. I am likely one of the hardest workers you will ever meet and just need the opportunity and someone to take a chance on me and I guarantee I will not disappoint. I have overcome many obstacles in life including being a foster child due to parents with mental/drug/alcohol problems as well as my own health issues (Crohn's disease) which caused me to miss nearly half of my Winter 2019 term due to hospitalization and surgery. Despite this, I was able to maintain one of my best term GPAs yet during one of the toughest terms my Junior year. I have never let anything stop me from achieving my goals and will never make excuses and have been highly successful in life as a result. I am able to turn adversity into motivation and determination and will continue to do so as I progress in life.
