About Jaime M.

I am a person who enjoys working with people, my passion is for training and creating good working environments. It has been an honour to work with a variety of individuals as a development coach, military instructor and manager. All of these positions have provided me with extensive experience. As an AHEX consultant and former senior leader in the British Army, I have gained experience in solving complex cultural behaviours, leadership gaps and upskilling personnel. My expertise is in creating bespoke programmes designed specifically for your business and your team as part of my services. By focusing on growth and development, I aim to assist individuals in expanding their skill sets, improving their work ethic, and overcoming challenges that prevent them from progressing. My programmes are designed to keep learners engaged in a dynamic mixture of classroom-style learning, practical exercises, and resources to assist learners in developing sustainable motivation to learn. Increasing employee motivation and confidence within their organization is one of my greatest passions. Whether you are looking to increase your organization's learning capacity, provide support to your employees regarding diversity and inclusion, or create a more positive working environment, please get in touch and let us know how we can help.
