This reality led me, as an economist, to specialize in the influence of psychology on decision-making, specifically in Behavioral Science Applied to Business. This approach provides practical tools to understand, anticipate, and influence key behaviors aligned with each company's objectives. Since then, as a strategic consultant, I have collaborated with CX/UX, Product, Marketing, Sales, Data, and other areas in multiple industries and regions such as Latin America, Spain, and the Middle East. I have also been part of internal Marketing and Business Development departments. My job consists of designing actionable strategies throughout companies' relational cycle with their customers: discovery, consideration, conversion, use, loyalty, and retention. In addition, I guide their implementation through experimentation, adapting the scientific method to each company's reality and complexity. This allows for generating measurable impacts that facilitate informed decision-making.
