About Jaime Odister

I founded TYME Consulting LLC with a vision to equip leaders and organizations for lasting success, and I am proud to be the proprietor and creator of the transformative T3 Framework. Drawing on over two decades of experience in early education and mental health with a proven track record as an management consultant, I guide non-profit and for-profit clients through strategic improvements in business management, financial sustainability, and organizational development. The T3 Framework is a core methodology we deploy across all our services, from individual coaching and organizational consulting to our DISC client solutions, ensuring that every engagement builds leaders empowered by Truth, Trust, and Transparency. My unique approach, refined through advanced studies at the McCormick Center for Early Childhood Leadership and Maxwell Leadership, ensures TYME Consulting delivers not just solutions, but empowerment – fostering skilled leadership, compelling communication, and truly thriving organizational cultures.
