About Jaime Orr

I’m someone who’s always been passionate about helping young people grow—whether that’s through sports, education, or simply showing up for them when they need it. Over the years, I’ve worn a few hats: coach, mentor, nonprofit leader, early childhood teacher, and community advocate. At the heart of all of it is a commitment to making a real difference in people’s lives. Through the See More Good Foundation, which I co-founded, I’ve been able to support youth in ways that go far beyond the basketball court. We’ve helped students get into prep schools with full scholarships, hosted clothing drives with Division I programs, and run camps that teach life skills, leadership, and confidence. Watching these young people grow has been one of the most rewarding parts of my journey. I also coach high school basketball, where I focus on developing players both as athletes and as people. I’ve worked in early childhood education and interned with the York County Economic Alliance, supporting local businesses and gaining valuable experience in program planning and outreach. What ties all of this together is my belief in community, in mentorship, and in the idea that everyone deserves someone in their corner. If you're passionate about education, youth development, or community impact, I’d love to connect and see how we can work together or learn from each other.
