About Jaime P.

Connecting people to their interests and enhancing experiences is my passion. Throughout my career, those are the roles I have gravitated to: working in ways where I can be the most helpful while injecting creativity into the process. Learning and Development, and Instructional Design in particular, have allowed me to connect people in meaningful ways to information that is important for them, either because it's need-to-know for their jobs or because it's information they want to know as they progress professionally. Learning is a true lifelong pursuit, and I specialize in making those opportunities as meaningful, engaging, and high quality as possible to draw learners in and increase skill retention. With over 10 years of experience in learning and development, I am passionate about designing and delivering training programs that enhance the skills, performance, and culture of individuals, leaders, and organizations. Using a blend of joyful creative collaboration and thoughtful problem solving, I love creating opportunities for all audiences!
