About Jaime Ross

After 19 years working in the field of Law Enforcement, I decided to pursue my dream to become an entrepreneur and open my business. After all, I had my education behind me and was ready to make the leap! I started out pet sitting and was very successful. I was so successful that I decided that the area I lived in needed more options for pet boarding so in 2017 I built and opened my first business, Cuddle Bugs Pet Resort in Ocala, Florida. After owning, operating and managing I decided to sell because while working there I developed the skills and fell in love with pet grooming! So in 2018 after selling Cuddle Bugs, I opened my next business, Posh Paws Grooming in Ocala, Florida. I operated with myself and 1 other employee but as business grew, I added more staff to keep up with the demand! Now I have 3 full time employees to include a manager. I operate my business from Las Vegas. Although I may not be actively grooming, I still stay up on the trends and handle all of the administrative duties from Las Vegas to even include answering phone calls from my clients. I can't tell you how happy I am that I have accomplished so much in a short period of time. I am so happy for my years in law enforcement but am elated to have been a successful business owner.
