About Jaime Schettini

I help leaders and entrepreneurs to achieve high performance while experiencing well-being and flow in their lives. I have 12 years of experience in IT and software industry plus 6 years as a coach. I am a coach trained by Erickson Coaching International and certified by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). My coaching is based on two simple premises: that everyone has innate mental health and that the mental state is the most decisive factor for generating high performance in a sustainable way. Often business professionals associate high productivity and creation with stress and pressure. What if this was a misunderstanding? What if it was possible to perform at your best level with flow, internal lightness and even a sense of fun? People are not broken. We all are amazing human beings. And being human, we are all prone to having confusing thoughts. And from a confused mind naturally comes confused action. In my work I help people see their personal reality being created by their thoughts, moment by moment. When they wake up for the nature of thought, they find a space within that is naturally calm, clear and productive. Communication, relationships, self-confidence, performance and well-being all tend to improve.
