I believe in the power of clear, transparent communication to center staff and partners on why we are here so they can fully engage and use their unique talents and perspectives to enrich our work. Using this lens, I lead vibrant and effective strategic planning, assessment, and change management processes. One of my core goals is creating a strong data culture. Good data is not just checking a box. It is a crucial tool that forms the foundation of effective planning and practice.
