As the Director of Culinary Operations for the Boys & Girls Club of Collier County, I oversee culinary services across two sites, including the management of our food truck, Blue Canteen. Dedicated to crafting nourishing, delicious meals that make a difference and support our community’s future leaders. With a background that spans both the culinary and administrative sides of the industry, I bring a well-rounded approach to my role. Before stepping into operations management, I honed my craft as a Pastry Chef de Partie in luxury hotels, where I developed a strong foundation in high-end culinary techniques and service excellence. My experience also includes a position as Executive Assistant within the culinary department, where I gained valuable insights into the administrative functions that drive operational success. Passionate about providing nutritious, high-quality meals to the community, I am committed to creating impactful, sustainable food programs for the Boys & Girls Club.
